How Our 3-Step Process Works

Every plan begins with a full-body evaluation and continues with a personalized treatment strategy — designed just for you

HOW DO WE WORK AT

ROUTE 2 RECOVERY

At Route 2 Recovery, we specialize in helping patients with back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and sports-related injuries. Every journey begins with a thorough evaluation during your first visit, where we listen, assess, and create a personalized program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

RESTORE

We begin by calming the nervous system and reducing symptoms such as pain, stiffness, numbness, or tingling.

To support this phase, we use hands-on techniques like massage, scraping, cupping, assisted stretching, and relaxation-based breathing — all designed to ease discomfort and restore balance to your body.

RETRAIN

Once symptoms begin to improve, we focus on rebuilding your strength, balance, and stability.
You’ll receive a customized home exercise program with specific movements, sets, and reps — tailored to your body and designed to help you move with confidence every day.

RECOVER

In this final phase, our goal is to reintegrate you back into the activities you love — pain-free.

Whether it’s running, playing soccer, squatting, lifting, or keeping up with your kids, we help you return to your daily life with strength, confidence, and freedom of movement.
